Why do I need an account?
As a member you'll pretty much have the run of the place. You can:

  • Check out faster when making a purchase.
  • You can see any of your past orders.
  • Change your account details, including password.
  • View and change shipping addresses. This is great option if you intend to send presents!
  • Share your opinions on products with our other customers.
  • You can leave your purchases for a later date. Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them, or check them out.

What happens if I forget my password?

How Do I Know It Is Safe To Shop With You?

After we received your full payment, we will ship your order same day for orders placed before 3pm AET.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry! We ship only within Australia.

How long will it take to receive my green underwear order?
Green underwear sends all items with Australia Post. All items are provided with a registered post number. You can view the delivery status of your item by clicking this link.

I'm not sure if I’ve successfully completed my order?
When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please call our Customer Service team on 1300 547 336. (13 005 GREEN)

Can I find out when a product that is currently out of stock comes back in?

3. PROMOTION CODES

How do I use a promotion code?
You will be prompted to apply the promotion code to your order in the Checkout.

Why won't my promotion code work?
It may not work for following reasons:

  • May have expired,
  • May have been entered incorrectly
  • May not be valid since it does not meet the terms and conditions.

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?
No, unfortunately only one promotion code can be applied to each order.

I forgot to add a promotion code to my order. Can it still be applied?
Promotion codes can only be applied in the Checkout at time of purchase.

How do I check if a promotion code has been applied to my order?
It will appear in the Checkout and applied to the balance of your order.

 

4. PRODUCTS AND QUALITY

I checked some other popular Australian underwear web sites and your prices are significantly lower than them. Should I suspect your quality?
All green underwear products are made from the highest quality fabric still we are significantly cheaper than any of our competitors. The reason being we work with much lower overheads. Famous and very expensive model you saw in other web sites, big advertisement budgets, large office with high rents are not part of our overheads. We deliver very high quality, comfortable products direct from factory to you and you benefit all the savings.

Do you have a sizing chart?

Do You Place Items On Back Order?
No, your item will not be placed on backorder. Although we avoid advertising products that are no longer in stock, in the instance that your item has sold out, you will be contacted by the customer service team to arrange a store credit or refund.

Can I place an item on hold for purchase at a later date?
Sorry, but we do not offer this option.

How can I provide feedback about a product?
We strive to be better all the time. We love hearing feedback on our products, because as a valued customer your opinion is important to us. To keep it fair and consistent we only post reviews that are in adherence with these guidelines.
